Working in conjunction with video analytics, the online video system records and delivers the cameras’ video streams to control-room operators. Both motion and non-motion are identified in the “secure zone” – if a motor vehicle remains on the tracks for a predefined time span (in seconds), the system alerts the control-room operator who can decide on how to deal with the situation.
